Diana is a Wedding-Week Coordinator with a particular focus on providing emotional support to the bride. She takes the pressure off of the bride by managing last-minute details and making sure all those special elements come together on the wedding day. Diana’s passion for harmony, as well as her significant planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills, make her a calm, reassuring presence during those often-stressful, final days before the big event. Planning Session Two (2) Months before Your Wedding
Walk-through of both Ceremony and Reception Sites
Creation of a Wedding Itinerary, including Timeline and Logistics Schedule
Distribution of Itinerary to all Vendors and the Wedding Party
Vendor Confirmation One (1) Week Prior to the Ceremony
Facilitation of the Wedding Rehearsal
